So each subtitle box throughout my video says the same thing. Any suggestions? Anyway, these were made in using the now Legacy Title tool. You should definitely not use these in your new projects.
They have been replaced by the Essential Graphics panel, with much better tools and features. The support for Legacy Titles in Premiere Pro is only there for compatibility reasons, so you can open old projects.
